Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the Limitless Corp. dashboard processes, why it is needed, and how it is handled.
Updated: November 8, 2026Data we process
When you sign in with Roblox, we receive your Roblox User ID, username, and display name. We store a hashed session token together with its creation and expiration dates.
The security system may send server events including Roblox User ID and player name, detection category, risk score, details, Place ID, Job ID, source, and event time. We do not collect Roblox passwords or payment information.
How data is used
Data is used only to authenticate users, display available experiences, investigate suspicious activity, protect games, and maintain security logs.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and retention
Temporary OAuth cookies last up to 10 minutes. Login sessions last up to 30 days and can be ended by signing out.
Security logs are retained for as long as the project owner reasonably needs them to protect the game and investigate incidents, then may be deleted.
Service providers
Roblox processes OAuth authentication and profile data. Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery, and database services. Those providers may process technical connection metadata under their own policies.
Data may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Your choices and contact
You may sign out at any time and revoke the application through your Roblox settings. To request access to or deletion of associated data, contact the project owner on Roblox: vxinish.
